Privacy
Reviewed October 2, 2026. This page describes information handled by the current MSP Sheets website.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for a name, email address, subject, and message. These are stored in a private WordPress inbox so site administration can read and handle the request. A confirmation means the message was saved; it does not mean email was delivered. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Do not include customer exports, passwords, API keys, confidential security reports, or unnecessary personal details. Use fictional examples when reporting a workbook problem. There is no attachment upload.
Technical information
The web server processes request details such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information to serve and protect the website. Contact rate limiting uses a keyed digest of the connection address, held temporarily for one hour. Form errors and their field values are kept temporarily for up to fifteen minutes to let you correct a submission.
Storage and access
The current website and contact inbox are hosted on infrastructure in Canada. Contact records are restricted to site administrators and are not included in public search or sitemaps. They remain stored until removed by an administrator; there is no automatic message-deletion schedule. Database backups may retain copies after removal from the live inbox. Do not use this channel for information requiring an agreed retention or incident-response process.
Your working files
Editing a downloaded workbook locally does not upload its contents through this website. You remain responsible for the storage and sharing of your working copy. If you copy data into a contact message, that message is handled as described above.
Questions and data requests
Use the contact form for questions about a previous message or a request to access, correct, or remove your contact information. Identify the original request without sending identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is necessary. The rights available depend on the law applicable to your circumstances.
