Terms of use
Reviewed October 2, 2026. These notes describe the scope and practical limitations of the MSP Sheets library.
Choose a resource by its stated scope
Read the individual page before using a workbook. Check its inputs, sheets, example data, and limits. A download or a polished total does not establish that a file fits your customer agreement, accounting policy, or security process.
Test your working copy
Keep an original and test a known case after changing formulas, units, references, rates, or reporting periods. Example figures are illustrative, not observed customer results. Validate consequential decisions against your approved records and obtain appropriate advice when needed.
Compatibility is file-specific
The library focuses on Excel workbook files. Do not assume identical behavior in Google Sheets, LibreOffice, or every Excel version. Consult any compatibility information provided with the individual file and check the functions you rely on in your own application.
Rights and sharing
Access to a page or file is not itself a grant of resale, public redistribution, or sublicensing rights. Follow any terms accompanying the particular resource. If a planned use is not addressed, ask before redistributing it. Third-party components retain their own applicable license terms.
Your data and operational systems
Use the minimum approved information and keep credentials and confidential incident details out of spreadsheets. The website is not a backup service or system of record. You control the storage, access, and sharing of your local copy.
Availability and corrections
Resources and explanations may be corrected or changed. Report reproducible issues through Contact; no response deadline or permanent availability is promised. These practical limitations do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
